With a membership of around 40, we are large enough to tackle substantial works – but small enough to concentrate on detail. We are an auditioned choir, which ensures a high standard of performance.
Beaminster Singers are looking to recruit new members. We welcome all prospective singers to join us at our first rehearsal of the new term on Wednesday 14th January, 7:30pm at St John’s Church, Shortmoor, Beaminster. Please see our homepage for further details.
Formed in 1987, Beaminster Singers meets each Wednesday to rehearse for its two concerts per year (usually held in May/June and November/December). The choir takes a break over the summer period. Our repertoire covers well-known classical and romantic music as well as works by living composers.
